2) We're authorized stockists
All of our product is purchased through official channels - either from the brands themselves, or through their authorized distributors. We don't parallel import or carry clearance or grey market product. This way you can be certain that everything you buy from us is 100% the real deal!
3) We have heaps of payment options
Whether you've got cash in the bank, or need a bit of credit, we have a range of payment options. These include Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet/Phone Banking, Afterpay, Zip (was PartPay), or Cash/Eftpos on Wellington pickup.
4) We have over 60 brands
Our range is changing all the time. Products and brands come and go - but one thing you can always be sure of is that we're always keeping the website fresh with exciting new products. In fact, we don't think we've had a month where we haven't added anything new in around 5 years. We're also the only store in the world where you can buy both Jeffree Star Cosmetics, and xoBeauty in the same place!
5) We have lots of happy customers
Whenever we're feeling a bit down because of this sad Wellington weather, we cheer ourselves up by reading the testimonials page with messages from our lovely customers. Seriously, we love you guys!
6) We have our stock on-hand
We don't dropship our products - they're in stock in our Wellington warehouse. This means that you can click & collect, but it also means that we can do live swatches of products using our testers - so if you'd like to see two products side-by-side, you can simply ask us on Live Chat.
7) It's easy to contact us
Some online stores only offer email which we think is a bit naff. Sometimes you need an answer fast (check out our Live Chat), or sometimes you want to talk to someone in person (0800 4 BLISS). We also answer queries via Facebook Messager, Instagram DMs and of course good ol' email.
8) Our website is custom made and constantly changing
We are constantly listening to customer and brand feedback to make our website bigger and better. We've recently added a new mobile navigation so it's easier to browse to your favourite brands on your phone, and have some great new customer review changes coming up. 9) We have loyalty points
When shopping on the website you can earn Beauty Bliss Points for your purchases (some exclusions apply). Points can be used for discounts on future orders - no minimums to redeem, no silly vouchers that expire. We like to keep it simple & fair. Oh, and you can get points for writing reviews too, even if you bought your product from elsewhere.
10) We have free shipping for orders over $60
Everyone loves free shipping! Spend $60 and we'll ship using the Courier Post overnight service NZ-wide - including Rural. We'll do signature required if requested too :) For Australian orders we'll ship using NZ Post.
